PE-RE manages construction projects on the owner's side of the table — schedule, budget, and quality, protected end to end.

We represent building owners — businesses, developers, institutions, investors, and private clients — through commercial, industrial, institutional, luxury residential, and equestrian construction across Palm Beach County and South Florida.

PE-RE represents building owners on commercial, industrial, luxury residential, and equestrian construction in Palm Beach County. As owner's representative and construction project manager, we are the one party on a project whose sole loyalty is to the owner: engaged by you, paid by you, accountable to you. No commissions, no side interests.

We run pre-construction, permitting, bidding, GC selection, contract negotiation, budgets, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and closeout. We work with general contractors, not around them. Informed owners make projects better for everyone who builds them.

Founder & Managing Director Caitlin Summers brings a mechanical engineering background and 12+ years of construction project management across 20+ states, Puerto Rico, and Canada: 50+ projects delivered, including 8 ground-up developments, 30+ tenant fitouts, 13 open-store renovations, and 19 luxury retail locations for a Fortune Global 500 retailer.

Every engagement is named, scoped, and priced in writing before work begins, from a one-week Second Opinion to Full Owner's Representation. Equestrian projects are served through Equine Project Management Group, a PE-RE company.
