This month's topic: Understanding Your Team: The Maxwell DISC Method

Discover how your unique behavioral style influences the way you communicate, collaborate, and lead. Through the Maxwell DISC framework, participants will gain greater self-awareness while learning practical strategies to better understand others, strengthen relationships, navigate differences, and build more effective teams.

Melinda Springman-Herrera, Ed.S., is an accomplished educational leader with more than 25 years of experience developing people, strengthening teams, and leading schools. She currently serves as Principal of Allamanda Elementary School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, while continuing her work as a Principal Consultant for Leadership Development with The School District of Palm Beach County.

A Maxwell Certified Leadership Team Member and DISC Consultant, Melinda uses DISC to help leaders better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, strengthen relationships, and build healthier, more collaborative teams. She is also a certified Critical Friends Group Coach through the National School Reform Faculty and provides leadership coaching and professional learning for educators throughout Palm Beach County and across Florida.

Melinda is passionate about helping leaders grow their capacity to lead themselves and others with greater awareness, intentionality, and impact.
