Founded by Fernanda Bruna and chef Erjon Musaj, The Daily Focaccia is a new Italian focacceria bringing the flavors and traditions of Tuscany to Downtown West Palm Beach. Chef Musaj, who grew up in Tuscany and previously served as executive chef at Bice Italian Restaurant in Palm Beach, will lead a menu centered on fresh-baked focaccia served on its own or crafted into sandwiches using high-quality, organic ingredients. Guests can expect authentic Italian flavors with elevated touches, along with organic wines and craft beers to complement the menu.
