Description
Supreme Court's 2024 Impact on Employment Laws.
In this session, we will review the impact of recent Supreme Court decisions covering topics such as religious accommodations and discrimination standards. We will also discuss the implications of the Supreme Court's deference to federal agencies, including recent rules promulgated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Federal Trade Commission, and Department of Labor.
