The AI & Technology Committee Seminar brings together business leaders, innovators, and professionals to explore how emerging technologies and artificial intelligence are shaping the future of business.
The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches’ AI & Technology Committee will host an engaging, forward-looking seminar featuring NAZTEC, a West Palm Beach–based technology firm architecting the future through artificial intelligence, immersive technologies, and robotics. Attendees will experience real-world applications of AI-first innovation, including live demonstrations and insights into advanced humanoid robotics designed for human interaction, automation, and intelligent sensing, as well as next-generation robotic mobility platforms built for agility, data capture, and operational efficiency.
Designed for business leaders, technologists, and decision-makers, the seminar will explore how AI, robotics, and immersive technologies are transforming industries, unlocking human potential, and creating practical, scalable solutions that drive growth, productivity, and competitive advantage.

Sal Pazhoor, Founder and CTO of Naztec International Group LLC
Sal Pazhoor is the Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer of Naztec International Group LLC (NAZTEC), a national leader in AI driven robotics, advanced automation, aerospace and defense engineering and next-generation election technology. With more than 22 years at the helm, Sal has transformed NAZTEC into a powerhouse of American innovation, delivering mission-critical components, autonomous systems, and intelligent machines that support U.S. government, defense, and commercial sectors nationwide.
A pioneering force in AI and Robotics, Sal leads NAZTEC’s development of humanoid robotics, quadruped robotic platforms, real-time autonomous systems, intelligent sensing, and AI enabled industrial automation. His work integrates machine intelligence with precision engineering to advance the future of manufacturing, public-sector operations, and national technology resilience.
Under Sal’s leadership, NAZTEC has also become an industry frontrunner in additive manufacturing, multi-metal and composite 3D printing, and the creation of advanced digital and secure systems. Today, the company employs over 300 team members and supports critical aerospace, defense, and infrastructure programs across the United States.
A lifelong advocate for innovation, Sal serves on the Industrial Advisory Boards of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and Florida International University (FIU), where he actively mentors engineering, robotics, and AI students. His hands-on contributions ranging from sponsorships to technology partnerships continue to shape the region’s growing robotics and AI ecosystem.
Internationally recognized for his contributions to intelligent technology, Sal is a member of the Forbes Business Council and the creator of a groundbreaking real-time multilingual AI translation system, piloted in Saudi Arabia and used by millions worldwide. His achievements earned him the distinction of #1 Innovator at the Government of Dubai’s Innovation 4 Impact Awards, selected from over 250 participants across 40 countries.
Sal holds 20+ U.S. patents with more than 50 new inventions pending across AI, robotics, automation, secure digital systems, and advanced engineering, reflecting his commitment to pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve.
Beyond his technological impact, Sal is a dedicated philanthropist, supporting student innovation, community technology initiatives and programs that expand access to education and opportunity.
His philosophy centers on the belief that technology should empower people, strengthen communities, and inspire future generations. Sal has been a proud resident of Palm Beach County for more than two decades and has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for over 22 years, deeply invested in the region’s growth, innovation, and business community.
