About FIWE's Owner:
The owner of Fiwe Caribbean Restaurant is Sharon Bedasee aka Shari. Her experience includes 16 years as a Federal Grants Manager and she holds an MBA. Shari opened her first restaurant in 2006 in Orlando Florida. Her experience creating delicious meals spans over 16 years.
What motivated her to start this business is her love to fellowship with people from all nations and her passion to take a simple recipe and turn it into a gourmet meal. She is also an artist and she created a unique dining experience with beautiful artworks and delicious food.
Shari's mission is to bring a taste of the Caribbean islands to West Palm Beach communities and beyond.
