Andrew Aruca, MD - Primary Care Physician
Dr. Andrew Aruca always knew he wanted to "work closely with people and help make a difference." After shadowing a primary care physician, he was "moved by the impact they were making in their community. Dr. Aruca loves being able to see his patients often and assists them in receiving "the medical care they need and deserve." He views his colleagues as teammates. He says, "Coming into work every day presents new challenges, and I couldn't do it without the wonderful people I work with." Dr. Aruca considers himself to be "detail - oriented and caring." In his spare time, Dr. Aruca enjoys walking his dog and spending time with family. He is a sports fan and loves cheering for the Miami Heat. He also used to play on a lacrosse team.
Jeffrey Lutchman: Membership Growth Consulted - Dedicated Senior Medical Center (ChenMed)
I am Family Man with a beautiful Blended Family. I have 4 Teenagers. 1 Boy who is oldest at 17, 3 girls 16, 15 and 13. My motto in life with whatever I'm doing is 'paying if forward'. I have served on the city board for 2 years. I have 15 years of Management Leadership experience, and I am a successful business owner. I have been in healthcare industry for 3 years. I have been with the ChenMed organization since September 2020. What I love about what we do is it falls directly with what I stand for. Paying if forward. My role is to act like that bridge in between the Medical Clinic and the Community. I help introduce the community to everything Dedicated Senior Medical Center Stands for and what we do. We are leading the way when it comes to Coordinated Care. Or goal is to simply keep our patients healthy, happy, and out of the hospital. I educate the community by hosting events and seminars. Small events as Bingo night, Karaoke and Sip and Paint to big events such as Grocery give ways, Doc talks and Health Fairs. I work side by side with all local business, community leaders, politicians, and most importantly the Senior Communities like assisted living facilities, 55+ communities and all Insurance companies. What better way to pay if forward than to know that I'm helping a Senior live longer and healthier and happier life.
