In this seminar we will cover the best practices for providing accurate performance appraisals, documenting employee misconduct, and engaging in a fair disciplinary process. We will explain the reasoning behind the best practices in an effort to protect an employer from the potential liability, as well as the recommended procedures for conducting terminations.
