The ADA and the Interactive Process During the COVID Pandemic...
Employers have a duty to provide accommodations which assist certain qualified individuals the opportunity to perform job functions, which may include COVID-related issues. In this session, we will examine which individuals are covered and when a company is required to make an accommodation. We will also review the mechanics of the “interactive process” and the accommodations generally required by courts.
