Here we focus on building the foundation of Leadership each manager (at any level) should have to lead teams and organizations. The objective is to build on the framework of “building and improving a team" while executing day to day business operations. The purpose is to improve the ability to successfully lead, manage, develop, and achieve results as an managerial Leader and team builder.
Managerial Leadership is a 3 Lesson course:
