Session 1: Managing Employees’ Mental Health in a Pandemic/Post-Pandemic World.
Employers continue to face challenges safely managing a workforce through the pressures of the pandemic. This presentation will cover best practices for managing mental health issues in the workplace, how to promote a healthy culture in the workplace, and the complexities employers must consider with respect to the ADA, FMLA, and state laws. The presentation will also discuss accommodation and leave considerations.
