This new year we are stepping into a new cycle of 365 days, a season of ambition, vision, and strategic planning. For business leaders, this is the moment when bold goals take shape: launching new initiatives, expanding into new markets, increasing profitability, elevating performance, and developing stronger teams.

Yet there is one variable that is often overlooked in even the most detailed strategic plans, despite being the single limiting factor that can stop any brilliant objective in its tracks: the health and well-being of the leader.

This first session of the series explores how personal health, wellness, and energy directly fuel leadership capacity, decision-making, and long-term business success. You’ll hear insights from respected leaders and connect with peers who face the same challenges and opportunities.

Billie Smith is a Registered Dietitian with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she has spent more than a decade supporting patient health through evidence-based nutrition and integrative care. She holds a Master of Science in Integrative Medicine from The George Washington University and a background in dietetics and nutrition from Florida International University. Billie brings a practical, science-driven approach to nutrition, energy management, and sustainable wellness for high-performing professionals.

Vassilia Binensztok, PhD, LMHC, NCC, QS

Founder & CEO, Juno Counseling and Wellness

Dr. Vassilia Binensztok is the founder and CEO of Juno Counseling and Wellness, a nationally recognized integrative mental health practice in Palm Beach County. With more than 20 years in human services and over 15 years in clinical practice, she specializes in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and leadership resilience. Dr. Binensztok is also an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University and an affiliate professor at Northwestern University, an author, keynote speaker, and board chair of Vita Nova. Her work bridges mental health, leadership, and long-term performance.

Dr. Ken Grey, AP, DOM

Holistic Physician | Integrative Medicine Pioneer

Dr. Grey is a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine/Acupuncture Physcian Dr. Grey has his masters in both Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine along with additional certifications, awards and appointments. Dr. Grey is Co-Founder, CEO, and Head of Health for VELL Health. In addition to being a highly respected Holistic Physician, he is the 12 year host of MAXIMUM Health on NPR, Creator of the MAXIMUM Health Road to Wellness Streaming Series on PBS , and author of Health in Balance books. His rich history over two decades in medicine, education and the arts continue to afford him regular opportunities to serve as and an educator, orator, media authority and community outreach developer.

Founder, Men’s Only Medical | Healthcare Executive

Dr. Alejandro Miquel, widely known as Dr. Al, is a third-generation physician, healthcare executive, and founder of Men’s Only Medical. A proud son of Cuban immigrants and a West Palm Beach native, he earned his medical degree Magna Cum Laude and completed his residency at Texas Tech University, where he served as Chief Resident. He later earned an MBA from Auburn University, combining clinical excellence with strategic leadership. Dr. Miquel has held senior executive roles across major healthcare organizations and currently serves on the board of Impact 100 Men of Palm Beach County.
