Description
On Saturday November 14, 2020 at 10:00AM, Community Health Center of West Palm Beach will be holding a virtual fundraising event. CHC invites you to get Moving Forward in order to Scale Back. Join local fitness expert Trevor Frobose as he guides us through a 60 minute cardio and strength based workout, with a 10 minute decompression stretch session.
Each registrant will be entered for a chance to win a Fit Session sponsored by Lululemon Palm Beach Gardens, valued at $200.
