In 1997, while recruiting tutors, Brett attended an education job fair and was surprised by the inefficiencies he saw in the K-12 teacher recruitment process. This inspired him to create Teachers-Teachers.com, a company that streamlined the recruitment process by connecting education candidates with employers online. During Brett’s tenure as CEO from 1999-2015, the company grew a database of over one million candidates and helped school systems across the country recruit tens of thousands of educators annually.
As owner and CEO of Productive Power, Brett is building an organization dedicated to helping professionals work more efficiently to maximize their productivity. He is excited to share his unique methods with those looking for a smarter, better way to work.
Christina Lambert is personally driven to help professionals reach their fullest potential. She has defined her career leading organizations through change that creates results. Always seeking opportunities to grow, Christina first joined Productive Power as a client. She later joined the Productive Power team as a Managing Director to help other professionals avoid the guesswork and maximize productivity with technology.
Prior to joining Productive Power, she served as the CEO of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County, the philanthropic partner to the 11th largest school district in the nation.
Christina also serves as a West Palm Beach City Commissioner and volunteers her time with many civic organizations to advance progress within her community. A natural problem-solver, Christina delivers customized solutions that increase value in the agencies she works with. She is passionate about connecting professionals to their purpose through greater organization and efficiency.
