Heather Woolf, MHA, BSN, RN
Vice President of Florida Operations
HSS Florida (Hospital for Special Surgery)
Heather Woolf is an accomplished healthcare executive and Registered Nurse, with over 25 years of experience in multiple healthcare settings. She is currently the Vice President of Florida Operations for Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), the world’s leading academic medical center focused on musculoskeletal health, founded in New York City in 1863. Heather is also Adjunct Faculty at Florida Atlantic University, where she teaches in the College of Business, Executive Education programs.
Prior to HSS, Heather served as Vice President of Broward Health’s Ambulatory Division where she led more than 150 employed physicians across 60 locations, with four urgent care centers, three diagnostic centers and the home health and hospice divisions of the nation’s 10th largest public health system. Before that she spent 8 years at Tenet Healthcare, where she was Chief Operating Officer of Tenet Physician Services, supervising daily physician practice operations, revenue cycle performance metrics, clinical risk and quality for 400+ employed physicians in Florida and South Carolina – over 100 locations and a workforce of over 900. During her tenure at Tenet, Heather also served as Director of Business Development at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Heather earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration at Florida Atlantic University. She is a proud alumna who serves on the FAU MHA Advisory Board. Heather also currently serves on the Board for Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast. Heather is a past member of the Executive Leadership Board of the Extraordinary Women Leading Change Conference in Fort Lauderdale. Her current memberships include the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Florida Association of Nursing (FNA) and the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) and the American Association of Orthopedic Executives (AAOE).
Heather is married to Jonathan Woolf, a third generation Floridan who is the CEO and President of Woolf Realty in Lantana, Florida. They have two adult children, Kaelan and Elyannah, who trail blaze in all they do. In her spare time, Heather loves traveling, reading, and watching Jonathan surf the beautiful beaches of Florida.
Dr. Stephanie Maryeski, MD, MPH, MSCP
Director of Executive Health
UHealth, University of Miami Health System
Dr. Stephanie Maryeski is a board-certified internal medicine physician and Director of Executive Health at UHealth. She earned her medical degree from Brown University and her Master of Public Health from Yale University. A former U.S. Army officer, she completed her residency at Walter Reed and served a combat tour in Iraq. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she specializes in concierge medicine, preventive care, and executive health, with a focus on longevity and women’s health.

Dr. Alejandro “Dr. Al” Miquel is a leading concierge physician and founder of Men’s Only Medical, a premier men’s health and performance practice in West Palm Beach. A third-generation physician and Palm Beach County native, he combines clinical expertise with business leadership, having served as a Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer for over two decades. His practice focuses on advanced diagnostics, preventative medicine, and optimizing health, vitality, and longevity for high-performing individuals.
