Evelin Costa Andrade
Evelyn Costa is a dynamic leader committed to fostering a people-first culture that drives organizational success. With over 10 years of experience in human resources management, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources management. Evelyn brings extensive expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning, having led organizations in the private equity sector from $1 million to over $500 million in the U.S.
In Evelyn’s most recent role, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Oasis Marinas, where she has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s employee experience. Before joining Oasis, Evelyn held key leadership roles at prominent private equity-backed organizations across diverse industries, including Animal Health, Education, Retail, Restaurant, and Luxury Hospitality. These experiences have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of HR dynamics, encompassing talent acquisition and development, performance management, and organizational design.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Evelyn is married and a proud mother of two children. She loves reading, volunteering and serving the community, exercising and spending time with her family.
