Mind Body Wellness Event and Tea Tasting at Sharffer's Tea Room in Delray Beach.
* Sample the incredible line of healing teas from Shaffer's Tea Room.
* Learn about your Essential Fatty Acids and why it is important to have your body at the right Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio for optimal health.
* Learn about the benefits of Meditation, Spiritual Awakening and the balance of body, mind and spirit. The event will conclude with a Meditation led by Andi Bond.
