- Volunteerism- the practice of providing time and skills for the benefit of other people and causes rather than financial benefit
- Social Action- acts of kindness performed to perfect or repair the world
- Social Impact- the effect an organization's actions have on the well being of the community
comprehensive employment programs for formerly homeless and ex-offender participants.
