The event is $15.00 for members, with a $25 registration fee for nonmembers.

The Women’s Leadership Committee Lunch brings together women leaders, executives, and professionals from across Palm Beach County for meaningful connection and conversation. This luncheon provides an opportunity to build relationships, share perspectives, and engage around topics that support leadership growth, professional development, and business success.
Attendees can expect thoughtful dialogue, peer connection, and a welcoming environment designed to foster collaboration and community among women shaping the region’s business landscape.

Nicole Cummings
Nicole Cummings will take you through her journey from a curious high school student to a leader in the aerospace industry. She'll share the highs and lows of her career, obstacles she's overcome and lessons learned along the way.
From navigating complex projects to making critical decisions, each step has shaped her path and fueled her passion and purpose.
She'll also share the joy and excitement that comes with working in an industry that pushes the boundaries of human potential. Whether it's the thrill of a successful mission or the camaraderie of her team, these moments of enjoyment have kept her motivated and inspired.
Join Nicole as she reflects on her journey, offers insights into the importance of resilience and continuous learning, finding joy in the work you do and then using it to make an impact.

Nicole Cummings is the Engineering Program Manager at Aerojet Rocketdyne for the Exploration
Upper Stage RL10 Engine on the Artemis rocket, which will take the first woman and person of color to the moon. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Quality Management. Nicole began her career as an intern and advanced through roles at Pratt & Whitney and Aerojet Rocketdyne. Her diverse experience led her to her current role as Engineering Program Manager for the RL10 Exploration Upper Stage NASA program. Nicole actively promotes STEM education by volunteering with several organizations throughout the community. She has received numerous awards, including the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches ATHENA Leadership Award in 2025 and the Florida Atlantic University Hall of Fame Alumni for 2023. Nicole is a recognized leader in both her professional and community endeavors.
