We start with a dynamic yoga flow to build strength, mobility, and focus… then bring that energy straight onto the court.
Expect movement, connection, and a little competition.
Come for the workout, stay for the vibe.
Yoga - 5:30 - 6:30pm
Paddel - 6:30-8:00pm
