Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth. This role will be responsible for managing online campaigns, content creation, social media engagement, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management – Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Grow audience engagement and manage paid campaigns.
  • Content Creation – Design and publish high-quality content, including graphics, short-form videos, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
  • SEO & Website Management – Optimize website performance, manage SEO strategy, and ensure content is optimized for search rankings.
  • Email Marketing – Plan and execute email campaigns targeting real estate professionals, investors, and potential clients.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads) – Manage and analyze Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track key performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Brand Development – Ensure cohesive branding across digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Lead Generation Support – Work with the sales team to implement lead capture and nurture campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, title, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software.
  • Strong writing skills for social media, email campaigns, and blog content.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.

Ribbon Cuttings

Preparation

Ribbon Cutting time availabilities Monday- Thursday 9:00a.m, 12:00a.m. or 5:30p.m. at host location or area location. (Palm Beach County, FL) 1st Friday of the month 1:00p.m. after the Ambassador meeting.

Pictures are always better with a banner, or sign and designated area to set up for photography. Identify the best place for the picture in advance to ensure a smooth event.

The Chamber of Commerce Membership Services Associate will arrive 20 minutes before the start of the event with a camera, ribbon, and scissors. They will assist in choosing the best position for the photo, if necessary. The person selected to cut the ribbon will be directed and assisted as to where to stand during the picture and how to handle the scissors.

Ambassadors of the Chamber of Commerce will hold the ribbon as the ribbon is cut. Ambassadors meet and greet your guests. Photographer will prompt you when to cut the ribbon, after several photos taken of the group are posed and ready.

Possible Participants:

  • The Chamber Ambassadors can be invited to participate. Additional committees can be included as appropriate.
  • Company staff including owner, CEO, CFO, COO, management, staff and invited guests.

Food/Refreshments- Optional. Your event will be better attended with refreshment provided. The food preference and the theme for your Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is entirely up to you.

Photos will be placed on the Chamber website, launched on the Chamber’s social media platforms and forwarded to the Ribbon Cutting host.

  • Please submit the Ribbon Cutting Request Form one month in advance.
