About Us

Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP (FLSV®), a premier accounting, tax advisory
and compliance firm focused primarily in the financial services industry, was formed
in 1995 by senior professionals from EY (formerly Ernst & Young) and Morgan
Stanley. In 2009, FLSV® teamed up with the former CFO of Morgan Stanley’s
Private Equity businesses to run FLSV® Fund Administration Services (FLSV®
FAS), providing high end fund services from pre launch through liquidation.

Clientele is comprised of leaders and innovators in the fields of investment banking,
asset management, private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds.
Providing end to end service, our practice offers expertise in accounting, tax
advisory and compliance, operations, carried interest and investor services. Our
commitment is to provide a multi disciplined, highly experienced team as a
transparent extension to each client’s finance organization.
