Most people want to make some kind of positive change in their life. Eat better, workout more, reduce stress, spend less, drink less alcohol, watch less TV, improve their health, etc.
The challenge is the painful gap between where a person is and where they want to be. When we don't ''do'' the things we know will help us get to where we want to be, we are conditioned to blame ourselves. All the ''should'' stories start popping up in our heads. We internalize the ''it's my fault'' belief.
The truth is, it's not a ''you'' problem, it's simply an approach problem.
At Jumpseat Coaching, we focus on letting go of blame and put the focus on discovering what you're actually craving. When you start the change process focusing on what's underneath the craving, solving for the true issue, then exiting the drinking life is fun, enjoyable, and empowering.
