I am currently searching for a small service business in the area to acquire. My foremost value is relationship-driven, and my intention is to buy a small business with the aim of continuing the previous owner's legacy within the community. Post-acquisition, I will be the one owning and operating the business with a long term, buy and hold mindset. Flexibility and collaboration are pillars of our approach - we seek to structure deals that work for owners/operators; whether that is a full sale of the business and a clean exit, or a gradual buyout and transition of ownership, we fit the needs of the current owner, not the other way around.
My preference is for facility service businesses (janitorial, landscaping, pressure cleaning, flooring, etc), ideally doing $1m - $3m in annual revenue.
