About Us

Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our community by promoting and achieving literacy. In our 30th year, we continue to help 27,000 adults and children acquire literacy skills to be successful in school and in life. Community members support literacy by volunteering as reading tutors, making donations, organizing book drives, attending literacy events and participating in literacy initiatives such as ''Read for the Record'' and the fall ''Read Together Palm Beach County'' campaign, a one book, one community initiative, September through November.
