About Us
We are the local affiliate of Mental Health America, one of our country's longest tenured and most storied national nonprofits. MHA was formed in 1909 to advocate for the humane treatment of those suffering from mental illness. Times have changed, yet the need for advocacy remains.
Your local MHA affiliate offers a structured, socially supportive, and caring environment for those suffering from mental illness in three locations around PBC. The main office is located in downtown West Palm Beach with locations at 45th Street in West Palm Beach and Belle Glade. One of the benefits of Clubhouse is our supportive employment program. Our supportive employment specialist offers coaching and support for those wishing to re-engage in the workforce after a prolonged absence.
