Clifford Hertz is the managing partner of Nelson Mullins’ West Palm Beach office and a highly regarded attorney with extensive experience in real estate, land use, and governmental matters. He has earned numerous distinctions, including rankings by Chambers & Partners in Real Estate: Zoning and Land Use for the past 16 years, and recognition by Best Lawyers in America for Land Use and Zoning Law and Real Estate Law for 15 consecutive years. He was also named Best Lawyers in America’s Lawyer of the Year in West Palm Beach for Land Use and Zoning in 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2021.
Hertz has been with Nelson Mullins for more than 40 years. He is a past chair and current trustee of The Chamber. Hertz is also incoming chair of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, one of the premier business organizations in Palm Beach County.
