About Us
Oxbridge Academy is an independent, co-educational high school inspiring students to meet the world boldly. The beautiful 54-acre campus supports 500 students, offering a curriculum with over 170 choices, taught by faculty who are leaders in their field. The Oxbridge experience is a culture of vibrant school spirit showcased through the arts, student clubs, and athletics.
Founded in 2011, Oxbridge has established its well-deserved position as one of the top independent schools in Florida. From its inception, Oxbridge intended to be a school with a student body representative of our community. Currently, forty percent of students receive financial aid. Nearly a third of the student body is students of color. One hundred percent of the graduates go on to college.
The student-to-teacher ratio of 9:1 allows Oxbridge to embrace student potential and cultivate passions. An Oxbridge education goes beyond the classroom. With hands-on learning approaches, students tackle real life issues in real time. With an emphasis on sportsmanship, the ThunderWolves compete at the highest level and have won several state championships, dozens of regional titles and district titles in Oxbridge's short history. In and out of the classroom through academics, sports, and community involvement, the Oxbridge experience is interactive, adaptable, relevant, and anything but conventional.
