Maria Mor is the founder of Praxis Hub. She previously led global financial transformation initiatives at Duracell, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where she strengthened structure, accountability, and decision-making across complex environments.
Throughout her career, Maria has worked with organizations of different sizes and industries, from global enterprises to entrepreneurial businesses.
She launched Praxis Hub after seeing how often businesses invest in automation before their operational foundations are fully structured.
Today, she works with growing companies to define ownership, improve delegation, and ensure automation or AI supports the business instead of adding complexity.
Her guiding principle is simple: Organize first. Automate second.
