We work with business owners and commercial real estate investors who are looking for funding.

I have worked on countless SBA loans, term loans, lines of credit, business acquisition, purchase order, account receivables and working capital financing requests. During Covid, I have helped hundreds of businesses with PPP and SBA EIDL loans as well as the Employee Retention tax credit.

Over the years, i have established direct relationships with proven lenders. I know the capital sources to go to when a client asks for my assistance.

Commercial real estate loans are in demand in South Florida. I have over 20 direct lenders looking to finance your next Commercial real estate or investment rental deal. Community banks, credit unions, non bank lenders and hard money lenders are all available depending on the borrowers credit, property cash flow, and building type.

On all financing requests, I begin with a 15 -20 minute conversation where the client goes over their request, background on their business, and all outstanding issues which may prove to be a possible hurdle in getting the loan approved. Once I am comfortable my firm can be of assistance, I will share a list of documents lenders will need to review before they can issue an approval.

I work closely with the client from the first call to the funding.
