Deborah has dedicated her career to serving non-profit organizations. She sees fundraising as a value proposition and an opportunity to align one’s personal values and purpose to help solve humanity’s most pressing problems.
Prior to the role of President/CEO of the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, she served as Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Boys & Girls Club Martin County and was the Vice President of Development for the Everglades Foundation. She has dedicated over 12 years of her career to independent school education from Fort Myers to Hobe Sound.
Deborah graduated cum laude from Barry University with a degree in business and marketing. She is accredited through CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executives) International, where she is one of only 6,800 professional fund raisers worldwide that hold the designation. Deborah serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
