Rolando Garcia is a visionary entrepreneur. After immigrating to the U.S in 1995, he began building his future from the ground up. In 1997, with a $10,000 loan, he began laying the foundation for a multi-state transportation company.
He scaled Roly’s Trucking Inc. into a $25+ million operation with 100 trucks, 400 trailers, and nearly 400,000 square feet of warehouse space across CA and TX. From there, he strategically expanded into commercial real estate.
Today, Rolando owns a growing portfolio of commercial and industrial properties nationwide, along with select residential holdings. Focused on asset acquisition, value creation, and reinvestment, he continues building a diversified real estate platform.
