Mark is the managing principal and co-founder of Blue Ocean Capital, which is a boutique investment management firm and multi-family office practice located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Blue Ocean Capital provides investment management, planning, family office and taxation services to high net worth individuals, families and their affiliated businesses in South Florida. Elhilow serves as an executive board member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, is a past chairman of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and a past chairman and Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.
