Comcast today announced the appointment of Kristeen Cominiello as Senior Vice President of the company’s Florida Region, serving Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Florida, parts of southeast Alabama and southeast Georgia. Cominiello will drive strategic initiatives to fuel growth and further elevate the customer experience – strengthening the company’s competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market.

In her new role, Cominiello will be responsible for deepening customer relationships across the region, delivering residential customers more value from Xfinity’s full suite of products including the most reliable, fiber-powered WiFi, entertainment, mobile and home security, while bringing unmatched connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless and managed solutions to Comcast Business customers from small businesses to large enterprises. Cominiello will also lead efforts to expand Comcast’s smart and reliable network throughout the region.

With more than 24 years of experience at Comcast, Cominiello brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven record of leadership and success. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Heartland Region. Prior to that, she held leadership roles in California and Oregon, where she helped drive operational excellence and customer-focused innovation.

Cominiello holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Western Governors University and completed the Cable Executive Management program at Harvard Business School. She is also a graduate of the WICT Network’s Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and served as dean for Comcast’s 2019 Residential Sales Executive Bootcamp.
