Comcast Unveils New $5.9 Million Florida Region Headquarters in West Palm Beach

Comcast marked the grand opening of its new Florida Region headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida, marking a significant investment in the local community and the company's continued commitment to the employee experience.

The new facility spans 42,000 square feet, with 34,000 square feet fully renovated with modern features that foster creativity, innovation and well-being. The $5.9 million investment supports more than 200 employees who will work out of the new location. Their roles span from field technicians and customer service to human resources, finance, marketing and more.

"We're proud to double down on our commitment to West Palm Beach with this state-of-the-art facility," said Jeff Buzzelli, Regional Senior Vice President, Comcast Florida. "This new headquarters reflects our dedication to our employees, our customers and the vibrant South Florida community. We are so glad to be based here in Palm Beach County. This investment shows we plan to be here for years to come."

Highlights of the new headquarters include ergonomic working spaces, alternative meeting areas like huddle rooms, booths and an outdoor patio, and expanded refreshment options. Part of the renovations also include a technician drive-through, which is a first-of-its-kind feature in the region that allows Xfinity and Comcast Business technicians to quickly reload equipment directly into their vehicles, getting them ready to serve customers with more ease and convenience.

On August 13, Comcast celebrated the opening of the new building with an office-wide celebration with local officials and non-profit organizations in attendance. August was declared "Comcast Month" by Palm Beach County and August 13 was declared "Comcast Day" by the City of West Palm Beach.

"Comcast's investment in West Palm Beach is a powerful vote of confidence in Palm Beach County's talent, infrastructure and future," said Kelly Smallridge, President and CEO of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. "This new headquarters not only brings high-quality jobs to our community but also reinforces our position as a hub for opportunity and business growth in Florida."

After the grand opening event, Comcast employees came together to support a local cause. Living Hungry was born with the belief that every child has a potential worth nourishing. The non-profit provides nutritional products and logistical solutions to help at-risk teens and homeless youth get the supplies and nutrients they need to reach their full potential. Comcast employees put together 300 hygiene kits, filled with supplies like toothbrushes, shampoo and deodorant.

The hygiene kits for Palm Beach County elementary, middle and high schoolers in need were made possible by a financial investment from Comcast. Since 2010, Comcast has contributed more than $10 million in cash and in-kind donations to non-profits, community events, sponsorships and other initiatives in Palm Beach County.
