Jones Foster, a commercial and private client law firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Jupiter, is pleased to announce the addition of Emily Y. Zhang to the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group.

Ms. Zhang, who will be based at the firm’s West Palm Beach office, is the eighth attorney to join the firm in 2025, and the fourth to join its growing commercial litigation practice. Ms. Zhang's addition will also bolster the firm’s employment law and employment litigation team.

Emily Zhang will focus her practice on commercial litigation matters as well as employment issues and disputes. She is an active member of several legal organizations, including the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association, and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was a Pugh-Kaufman First Generation Scholar, and received her undergraduate degree from Boston University.

During law school, Ms. Zhang served as Vice President of the Intellectual Property Society, as a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and Professional Identity Formation, and was a Research Assistant focusing on contract and data breach litigation. She was also a recipient of multiple CALI Awards for excellence in legal writing.
