| NAI Merin Hunter Codman Announces 2025 Broker of the Year -- Lesley Sheinberg honored with prestigious Broker of the Year award from top South Florida commercial real estate firm, NAI Merin Hunter Codman -- West Palm Beach, FL – NAI Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate brokerage and investment firms, is pleased to announce its 2025 Broker of the Year award. Managing Director Lesley Sheinberg, a recognized expert in investment sales and leasing, is the recipient of the award. This annual recognition is awarded to brokers who exceed client expectations through market expertise and performance, while also demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and community involvement. This year, NAI Merin Hunter Codman is proud to honor Lesley Sheinberg for her exceptional contributions. This marks Lesley’s fifth consecutive and seventh career win. Ms. Sheinberg has built a reputation as a top office and medical-sector leasing broker representing prominent landlords and tenants, as well as investors in South Florida and throughout the southern United States. Throughout her career, Lesley Sheinberg has completed more than 2.6 million square feet (MSF) of transactions, including nearly 1 MSF in the medical sector, representing over $267 million in total transaction volume. In 2025 alone, she closed $20 million in sales transactions and 165,000 square feet of leases, totaling more than $40.4 million in annual transaction volume.
