951 Yamato Road, Boca Raton. - 951 Yamato is now 94% occupied. - Boca Raton, FL – One of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate services firms, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., announced that President, Jay M. Grossman and Managing Director, Richard W. Brockney have finalized nearly 40,000 square feet of lease transactions on behalf of the landlord 951 Yamato Acquisition Company, LLC bringing their 951 Yamato asset’s occupancy above 90%, which has outperformed the North Boca Raton submarket that currently has a 19% overall vacancy rate. 951 Yamato is a contemporary, 146,000-square-foot, Class-A office building located near The Park at Broken Sound on Yamato Road in Boca Raton, Florida.
NAI Merin Hunter Codman has managed and leased 951 Yamato since 2006 for several different owners and continues to work closely with current ownership developing and completing a number of property improvement programs designed specifically to retain and attract tenants. Some recent improvements include an interior and exterior refresh as well as the addition of a common conference room and training facility.
