Ring in the New Year with an elevated dining experience at AYRE by Karma, Amrit Ocean Resort’s modern Indian culinary destination. The restaurant is now accepting reservations for its special New Year’s Eve dinner.
 
For the holiday, the restaurant will serve its three-course chef tasting menu paired with a celebratory glass of champagne, offered at $90 per person. The three-course menu includes the guest’s choice of a first, second and third course.
 
First course options include Tellicherry Pepper Crab and Coconut Avocado Tiki. Second course selections feature Spinach and Paneer Croquettes, Grilled Branzino, Gucchi Chicken and Grilled Lamb Chops. To finish the meal, dessert offerings include Guava Samosa, Dal (Lentil) Halwa Pât de Fruit, Qubani Apricot Confit and Coconut Sorbet.
 
Guests may also enhance the dining experience with selections from the a la carte menu, which includes items such as Mango Shrimp ($20), Roasted Eggplant ($24), Garlic Naan ($6), Lobster Masala ($68) and much more.
