Join us for the Black Leadership Luncheon at The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. This curated gathering brings together Black leaders in business from across Palm Beach County for meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and real opportunity.
Centered around “Elevating Leadership in the Workplace and Beyond,” this luncheon will explore what it means to lead with purpose, cultivate strong workplace cultures, develop and empower the next generation of leaders, and leverage our leadership and influence to create meaningful impact beyond the workplace.
Designed as an intimate, high-value experience, this luncheon creates space to engage with peers, exchange ideas, and build relationships that support continued business growth, leadership development, and community impact.

Madean Gilzene
Madean Gilzene is an entrepreneur, speaker, and community leader whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, business, purpose, and impact.
She is the Founder and CEO of Extraordinary Kids Foundation, a nonprofit organization she established in 2016 to serve children and families with special needs. Madean is also the Founder and CEO of Echelon Executive Suites and Aura Studio, a professional business community, content and podcast space created to provide entrepreneurs and growing companies with an elevated environment to build, connect, create and thrive. Her entrepreneurial journey spans nonprofit leadership, real estate, business development, and community-centered ventures.
A former nursing home administrator and a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Madean brings both executive leadership experience and the perspective of an entrepreneur who has spent years building organizations, developing teams, navigating adversity, and turning vision into measurable impact.
At the heart of her work is a simple conviction: leadership is not only about what you build, but who you empower and what you leave behind.
This is not a traditional networking event. It is a focused leadership forum built to strengthen connections, elevate voices, and expand opportunity within Palm Beach County’s business community.
