With a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Sociology and a minor in Marketing from the University of Miami, Charlotte combines analytical rigor with people-centered leadership to drive measurable impact across sectors.
A Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and Certified Member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Charlotte is also a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County (Class of 2021) and a Certified Personal Development and Life Skills Consultant. Her professional formation reflects both operational excellence and transformational leadership—an uncommon combination that allows her to build systems while elevating people.
Charlotte currently serves as Executive Pastor of Manifest Church, where she oversees strategic operations, leadership development, and organizational growth. Known for her steady execution and visionary insight, she functions as both architect and activator—ensuring that mission and movement remain aligned. Under her leadership influence, initiatives have expanded beyond the walls of the church to impact families, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities..
Across Miami, West Palm Beach, and beyond, Charlotte has served as a life coach, facilitator, trainer, community liaison, and motivational speaker. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in service, structured thinking, and generational impact.
