FoundCare's mission is to fulfill the unmet healthcare and social service needs of individuals and families in Palm Beach County. In order to accomplish this mission, FoundCare operates a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, dentistry, laboratory services, X-rays, and an on-site pharmacy. A variety of our services are accessible throughout our seven centers in Palm Beach County with our West Palm Beach center conveniently offering all of our services in one location. FoundCare accepts most insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Uninsured patients are placed on a sliding-fee scale based on household size and income. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
