Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches (YPOP) is where ambition meets connection. Designed for professionals ages 21–39, YPOP offers a dynamic space to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow both personally and professionally. Through monthly programs, curated events, and meaningful engagement with the broader business community, YPOP members gain access to the people, insights, and opportunities shaping the future of Palm Beach County.

Taylor Matchton is the President & CEO of Tact Tech Security Solutions. His leadership journey began in high school through JROTC, where he honed values of discipline, service, and leadership that continue to guide him. In 2018, he founded Tact Tech Security Solutions, driven by a passion for safety and operational excellence. Since then, he has had the privilege of mentoring over 500 security professionals, providing VIP-level services across Florida. Taylor is passionate about training and mentoring new officers to help them grow both personally and professionally. In addition to leading Tact Tech, he also owns a used car dealership, staying connected to both businesses. His love for cars extends to drifting, where he embraces the thrill of performance driving. Outside of work, Taylor is an avid scuba diver, always seeking the next adventure beneath the surface. He values service, integrity, and excellence and looks forward to building lasting partnerships.
