Patrick Price
I am originally from Dana Point, California. My wife and I moved to her home state of Hawaii, where we lived for 20 years before moving to South Florida in 2021.
Steve Lomicka
Steve Lomicka, Senior Vice President at SouthState Bank, is Manager of the Portfolio Management Team for South Florida and the Treasure Coast. He leads a team overseeing a diverse commercial loan portfolio, with a focus on credit quality, performance, and strategic solutions that support regional business growth.
Steve brings extensive experience in commercial banking, particularly in commercial real estate and credit risk management, and is known for his practical, relationship-focused approach.
Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President at a top six U.S. bank, where he managed the national commercial real estate portfolio, overseeing strategy, risk, and performance across multiple markets.
Steve is active in the community, serving on the Board of the Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park and as a member of the Chamber’s Real Estate and Construction Committee.
Alex Padron
Alex Padron brings a local perspective and a client-first approach to the insurance industry. He brings a well-rounded perspective to helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most through customized insurance solutions.
Having grown up and built his career in South Florida, Alex understands the unique insurance challenges property owners face in the region, from hurricane exposure to the complexities of the Florida insurance market. His experience in real estate gives him valuable insight into property values, transactions, and risk management, allowing him to guide clients toward coverage solutions that truly fit their needs.
