Mint Eco Car Wash and Detail Centers was founded in 2019 by co-founders Geoff Jervis and Vic Monteleone on a simple idea: we exist to make people happy. We specialize in exterior car washing, exterior detailing, and interior detailing — our three favorite ways of doing it — and back every visit with our signature happiness guarantee.

Duncan Davis became CEO in 2025 and has since dedicated himself to improving the Guest and Employee experience — primarily through leadership development, product enhancements, and a relentless focus on “Being Brilliant at the Basics.”

Mint Eco has grown to five operating locations across Palm Beach County, with a sixth on the way. Our happiness-first approach has earned recognition: Best Car Wash in Palm Beach County five years in a row, a Top Place to Work four years running, and a companywide 4.9/5.0 rating on Google since September 2022.
