We invest in and partner with established owners who want capital and operating support without walking away from what they've built. Depending on what the owner is looking for, that can mean a full acquisition, a majority investment with the owner staying on, or partnering to consolidate several practices into a larger platform. Our focus is long-term ownership rather than a quick resale.

We work directly with owners and with the advisors who serve them - CPAs, attorneys, and wealth managers whose clients are thinking about succession, growth capital, or an eventual exit.
