About

WellRun. Operating Systems & Embedded Leadership.

WellRun helps leaders of for-profit and nonprofit organizations, churches included, build organizations that run well. We are based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Most leaders hit the same wall. They feel out of control. Money is never enough. The team is not on the same page. Growth has stalled. Nothing they try seems to stick. It all comes from the same root. No shared vision, no real accountability, and no rhythm that keeps the plan alive.

We fix that with EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. We put your vision on one page. We set clear seats, 90 day goals, and one weekly meeting your team runs on its own. We work with your whole leadership team through twelve full days across two years. Then you graduate. If we don't deliver value, you don't pay for the session.

We are operators, not consultants who read the book. Our founder grew his own Florida solar company from $1M to $35M and sold it. When the seat is the gap, we also help with fractional and temp-to-hire leaders.
