Ultimate Image Coach & Academy (UIC) is delighted to once again partner with the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to present the Fall 2026 How to Respond to Requests for Proposals Workshop Series.

Beginning October 6, the free six-session program will provide small business owners, contractors and entrepreneurs with practical guidance for navigating the procurement process and developing stronger, more competitive proposals.

Participants will learn how to:

• Understand the procurement and RFP process
• Identify and evaluate contracting opportunities
• Analyze RFP requirements and evaluation criteria
• Strengthen proposal writing and business positioning
• Prepare and refine a practice RFP response
• Present their capabilities with greater confidence

A hallmark of the program is its hands-on approach. Participants do more than learn about proposals—they apply what they have learned by responding to a practice RFP. Their submissions are reviewed by a panel of experienced procurement and business professionals who provide practical feedback and recommendations.

The series culminates on November 10 with an in-person Graduation Celebration and Business Pitch Competition at the Riviera Beach Marina Event Center. Participants will have the opportunity to present their businesses, demonstrate their capabilities and connect with civic and business leaders.

The Fall 2026 series begins Tuesday, October 6, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
