Join us for the Black Leadership Luncheon at the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, a curated gathering bringing together Black leaders in business from across Palm Beach County for meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and real opportunity. Designed as an intimate, high-value experience, this luncheon creates space to engage with peers, exchange ideas, and build relationships that support continued business growth and leadership.

We are proud to welcome Derek Webber, CEO of Webber Marketing & Consulting, LLC, as our guest speaker. Webber is a nationally recognized leader in strategic marketing, experiential events, media, and outreach, and his work has helped elevate the visibility and impact of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their marching bands on a national platform.

As the creator of the Cracker Barrel National Battle of the Bands, Webber has developed one of the most prominent platforms celebrating HBCU marching bands and culture. Under his leadership, Webber Marketing & Consulting has become a leading marketing agency serving HBCUs, specializing in strategic outreach, program development, experiential marketing, event execution, and media.

During this engaging keynote conversation, Webber will share insights from his entrepreneurial journey and experience building nationally recognized platforms that connect business, culture, community, and opportunity. Attendees will gain perspective on leadership, strategic growth, brand development, and the importance of creating pathways that amplify talent and drive economic impact.
